The next scheduled performance is at North Oaks Hospital in Hammond on Friday, 3-12-10. This is a performance for a group of adults that work in the drug prevention and treatment field. It will be an abbreviated performance that will last about 25 - 30 minutes.

We will meet at 7:15 a.m. on Friday at Cafe Du Monde in Mandeville. We will ride busses to Hammond. We will rehearse before the performance and then do the performance. We will return to Cafe Du Monde at approximately 10:30 a.m. You will be back in time to participate in the jambalaya fundraiser.

Please fill out the parts request form and let us know if you can go. We will distribute a parts list next week.

Here is the procedure for missing school for the performance. On Wednesday night, you will receive a school absence form that you will need to have your parents sign. You will go directly to the performance Thursday Morning. Immediately after the performance, you will go and check into school and turn your signed form in to the student services office.
